Shipping & Returns

Processing Time

All orders are printed and fulfilled on demand. Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be produced before it ships.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves the facility.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia.

Damaged or Defective Items

Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues. Please refer to the size guide on each product page before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@ordietrying.co with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

ODT is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first.

If you believe your package is lost in transit, contact us at support@ordietrying.co and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, production has typically begun and cancellations are no longer possible.

To request a cancellation, email support@ordietrying.co immediately with your order number.
