Orders & Shipping

How long does it take for my order to ship?

All items are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production, then 3–5 business days for domestic delivery (longer for international). You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, production has typically begun. Email support@ordietrying.co immediately with your order number.

My tracking hasn't updated — what do I do?

Tracking can sometimes take 24–48 hours to activate after your shipping confirmation email. If it hasn't updated after 3 business days, contact us at support@ordietrying.co.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or sizing issues. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right — see below.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?

Email support@ordietrying.co within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and a brief description. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

My package says delivered but I didn't receive it.

Check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If it's still missing, email support@ordietrying.co and we'll open an investigation.

Products & Sizing

How do your sizes run?

Our sizing runs true to standard US sizing. For a relaxed fit, size up one. Each product page has a size guide.

How do I care for my ODT clothing?

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Hang dry. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners to maintain fabric quality and color.

Will sold-out items be restocked?

Some items may return in future drops, but we produce in limited runs. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified of restocks and new releases.

When do new drops happen?

We release new pieces in limited runs — no fixed schedule. Subscribe to the newsletter at the bottom of any page to get early access.

Do you offer discounts or promo codes?

Promotions are announced via our newsletter and social channels. We don't offer individual discount codes outside of active promotions.
